It is always a good idea to recruit people into your team that are experienced and non-experienced. We already went over how to find the non-experienced people to join your team but this section is going to talk a little bit about how to find those people that are experienced.

Genealogy Leads, Downline Reports, or whatever you would like to call them have become very popular in the last few years. However, they are not new to network marketing. MLM pros have been using them for decades. So what are genealogy leads, and what are they not?

Let me be the first to tell you the MLM Genealogy Leads are not the Holy Grail of the leads industry. Many people buy lists of 10,000 names and expect this line of people to begin marching into their business. They have a mentality that these people are sitting by the phone waiting for someone to contact them about joining a new MLM business. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Like any lead, genealogies are tough to work. But what may make these leads tougher is that they are truly a cold call. They did not request information and they are not expecting your call. You will have to go through more numbers than a telephone interviewed business opportunity lead, for example. But, is it worth it to pound through the numbers?

Before I answer that, let me say, working genealogy reports is not for everyone. But, for those who work them, they can be the answer to what has held them back all these years. It takes a little thicker skin to dial through a 1,000 genealogy leads than it does a regular biz opp lead. Now, you may be recruiting someone who jumps from one company to the next, or a person who likes to join and analyze, but somewhere along the way, you're going to recruit a person who immediately brings with them 3-5 people from their downline... who in turn bring a few people with them.

One of the best analogies I can think of (and I got this from Tracy Biller), is about starting a new sports franchise. I love hockey. Not too many years ago the NHL added 2 new teams to the league. How did they do it? Did the owner call all his family and friends to see if they wanted to play? Did he put ads in newspapers? Did he do an email blast? No. First, the NHL had an expansion draft. They were able to choose some players from existing teams to get some veteran experience on their team. Second, they hit the free agent market and got more veteran experience on their team. Finally, they hit the regular draft and picked up some rookies.

You should not do things differently. If you want to grow a serious home business, you must use genealogy leads to recruit veteran people with MLM experience. They may or may not be people with vast experience, but they are seasoned and with the training you can get (and give them) from the Ultimate Success CD's. they can begin recruiting veterans as well.

Let me give you one quick story, and then I want to give you a link where you can get information about genealogy leads from the top expert, or at least the leading authority when it comes to working MLM downline lists.

A few years back, not having had raving success in any company, I turned to genealogies. After struggling through the first thousand leads, I recruited a guy who was the #2 income earner in his company. Over the next 3 months, he brought almost 300 people with him, and dozens of those people brought several people with him, and so on. I recruited other experienced networkers as well over the next couple years, but this guy is my home run story. I went from part time to full time pretty quick.

I am not the expert on genealogies. I am more of an expert on the lead industry as a whole. If you want to learn more, learn to recruit, and get into the world of MLM Genealogy Reports, then you need to turn to Tracy Biller. He has 2 Incredible Free Reports on his sight, as well as some of the best training when it comes to building a huge downline in your networking company. The Best Lead Company I have found to work with for Genealogy Leads is www.ExplosiveGenealogyLeads.com you can get on a monthly autoship of $27 which will give you 2,000 leads per month.

The Key here is to work Genealogy Leads along side of the other methods I showed you in "Spreading the Word". This will give you the best balance in your team and definitely take your business to the next level.
